Product
The PEXA platform assists lawyers, conveyancers and financial institutions to lodge documents with Land Registries and complete financial settlements electronically. Almost all property sales, transfers and remortgages in Australia are done via PEXA.

Premise
As part of the (joint AU & UK) UX Team, I played a middle-man role in picking up learnings from the already successful Australian product to inform the design decisions made for the new and revamped UK product.

In my day-to-day work, I worked with BAs and POs to solve feature design issues by conducting user research, testing solutions, and putting together wireframes for build. Occasionally, I would pick up initiatives outside of product work such as internal artefacts and comms.

My team was spread across Australia, NZ, the UK & India.
