Premise
I was brought into the (joint AU & UK) UX Team where I played a middle-man role of picking up learnings from the already successful Australian product to inform the design decisions made for the new and revamped UK product. In my day to day work, I worked with BAs and POs to solve for feature-designs as well as put together wireframes for build. Occasionally, I would pick up initiatives outside of product work such as internal artefacts and release communications in video format.

My team was spread across AUS, UK & India - so collaboration was an effort in itself due to the widely spread time-zones, but with the help of our Scrum master, we tackled this in creative ways using odd-hour calls and asynchronous means.
